What paper do you use?
RadShot’s snowboarding photographs are printed on Fuji Crystal Archive paper in a lustre finish (ideal for framing). Please contact me before ordering if you would prefer a glossy finish. The weight of photographic paper is not measured in grams unlike other standard inkjet papers.

What canvas do you use?
RadShot’s snowboard canvas wraps are created using premium quality 340g polycotton canvas and HP Designjet Vivid inks for beautiful, richly detailed results.

What style of canvas edge wrap is used?
By default, all RadShot snowboard canvases are ‘image wrapped’ i.e. the photograph is wrapped right around the edge of the frame – see right. This is the most popular style of canvas on the market. Every print can be customised at no extra cost, however, so please contact me if you would prefer a different style (e.g. black sides).

How long will my RadShot snowboard canvas last?
You should try to keep canvases out of direct sunlight and away from liquids. If you follow these steps your snowboard prints should last up to 85 years without deteriorating.

Do the sizes for framed prints refer to the image itself or the whole frame?
The listed sizes in the shop refer to the image itself. The total size of the frame can be seen below:

PRINT                                  FRAME
18 x 12 inch (46 x 30 cm)    24 x 16 inch (60 x 40 cm)
24 x 16 inch (61 x 41 cm)    28 x 20 inch (70 x 50 cm)
30 x 20 inch (76 x 51 cm)    36 x 24 inch (91 x 61 cm)
36 x 24 inch (91 x 61 cm)    40 x 28 inch (100 x 70 cm)

Are these limited edition prints?
Unless explicitly indicated, all our snowboard prints are not limited runs. However, they all carry an individually signed label of authenticity from the photographer.

I can’t see the photo I want in the store?
The photos displayed in the shop are just a selection of the most popular snowboard prints – you’re not limited to choosing one of these. If you’ve seen a picture you really like elsewhere on the site – or even if you’ve fallen in love with a photo on a different website or in a magazine – then drop me a line at info@radshot.com and I will endeavour to fulfill a custom order at no extra cost. Try to include a link and/or as many details as possible about the shot (rider/location/trick/photographer).

Can you send me the hi res?
No, sorry. The photographers earn their living from their images and can’t just give them away. If you are interested in a digital download for commercial purposes (magazines, newspapers, advertising etc.) then please contact the photographer direct.

How long will my order take to be delivered?
Every RadShot order is fulfilled on a custom basis and will therefore take up to 10 working days to arrive. Deliveries outside the UK can take considerably longer. You will receive a confirmation email when your order has been dispatched, so please be patient – the best things come to those who wait!

Do you offer an express delivery service?
No, unfortunately this is not possible. Once ready, all items are sent first class via Royal Mail.

How are the images protected for posting?
All framed snowboard prints and canvases are packed in bubble wrap and dispatched in a thick card box. Unframed snowboard prints arrive rolled up in a sturdy poster tube.

What if I’m unhappy with my print?
If the print quality seems bad or your order is damaged, please return them by post within 14 days of receiving them for inspection.
